Alexander was born in 1975 in Blackburn, England but grew up in the coastal suburbs of Perth, spending much of his youth surfing the southwest coast of Western Australia. An interest in drawing and painting was developed at a young age.

1997-1999  Alexander studied art at School of Fine Art Claremont in Perth, Western Australia.

2010  Alexander moved back to Australia after spending some time in the U.S. and Sweden, to work full time on his artwork. He focused primarily on surfing and drawing; taking much inspiration from the ocean, a theme which carries on through his artwork up to the present day.

2012-2019  Alexander worked & lived between Stockholm and Salzburg. During this time, emotions such as grief and isolation give rise to his more conceptual work including social commentary and reflection on the modern world & our existence alongside it.

2013   Alexander receives his first validation in the form of an invitation to an international art biennale resulting in his work being awarded an art prize, this being the first of many more awards to come.

Since then, he has exhibited in numerous international art shows in London, Paris, Rome, Lisbon, Vienna, Antwerp, Florence, Stockholm & Miami to name a few.
